Digital Animation senior lecturer Martin Bowman has won the prestigious award of Lecturer of the year 2008 at the Univeristy of Hertfordshire. This award is gained from votes from staff and students alike. There were 300 other staff in the running but his outstanding comitment to students and their education gave him an un precidented ‘landslide victory’.
